James Ricker is a fashion, lifestyle, and brand photographer based in Boston, MA. He creates clean, confident imagery that feels natural, authentic, and built to perform.

Before going independent, James worked in-house as an art director in Los Angeles, collaborating with creative teams across fashion, marketing, and brand. That experience gives him something most photographers don't have: a full understanding of the marketing process, how creative teams operate, and what it actually takes to make images that work beyond the shoot itself.

He works with brands, businesses, and individuals who are serious about how they show up online and want imagery that attracts the right clients, builds credibility, and drives results.

He lives in Boston with his wife and their dog.
